Basedon the12Principles of Agile Development and Adaptive project management life cycle theoryand Adaptive project management life cycle model, with specific case studies, the paperrevealed the critical factors in Scrum implementation, and the results of paper can providefuture valuable references.Firstly, by reading the literature, I summed up all the current studies based on theenterprises with Scrum implementation. Secondly, by combining theory and case, I furtherextracted and analyzed the critical factors for the agile software project management withScrum implementation. They main consist of the clear process of project management, a selfmanaging group with Scrum, the professional Agile development and release capacity(workparallel and synchronization debug everyday, customize product and have lots of versions ofproduct, work together, use the same development language), expended Scrummanagement(expended the manager of the product, finish a large products backlog of work,work and coordination each other, expend the Sprint meeting), building learning organization(System analysis and studies, measure standardization and feedback the thoughts, use customeradviser and improve the product, strengthen the communization and sharing with differentteam).Effective combination of the five factors to ensure a successful Scrum implementation.Finally, the paper analyzes and summered up the critical factors for the case study and gives therisk experiences in Scrum implementation. And it suggests that it need to plan and identificationrisk, do with the practice of the Risk-based inspection and make a risk evaluation.In a word, the thesis studied an business enterprise change process in according to Scrumagile project management, put forward homologous management model, and analyses therelationship between the root factors and Carry out a step, in order to increase the success rateof the implementation of IT service management project.and the objectives of the study are asfollows:it provide the implementaion for the enterprise and can attain long success.
