Under the new economic situation,transformation and upgrading of the industry,construction of smart city,IOT,China-made 2025 strategy,all in the direction of automation,digitization,information,and intelligence are all closely related to automation,digitization,information,and intelligence.All these must have caused a new wave of intelligent development in the automation industry.With national policies protection,the original electrification and automation model will be difficult to develop under the new macroeconomic conditions.All of these will force companies to change and adapt to accelerate the transformation and upgrading,change the "high cost,low profit,low efficiency" development model actively or passively.Under these circumstances,it requires companies to choose the strategic direction that suits their development which has conducted in-depth analysis and research on the company itself from multiple dimensions and multiple angles.make full use of its internal resources to create its own competitive advantage.This thesis takes the "HangTuo Group" strategic transformation case as a example,tried to make some beneficial explorations about the strategic transformation and development of private enterprises under the new economic environment in China.It is also a useful research to the group strategic transformation.And it could enrich the management theory of China's private enterprises about transformation strategy.This thesis will takes HangTuo Group as the research object.First,through a brief description,the definition of transition strategy,the theories of basic characteristics and processes,PEST model,SWOT analysis model,five-force analysis model,and other strategic analysis tools,to lay a good theoretical foundation for the next step of strategic transformation research;Secondly,through the analysis of the basic situation and the current development strategy,summarized the current problems in the development of the HangTuo Group.Thirdly,through the PEST model,the Five Forces analysis model and the SWOT analysis model,conducted an in-depth analysis of the external environment,industry environment,and internal and external environmental factors that the company faces.And them find out opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses that the group faced with.Finally,using the SWOT strategic combination analysis tool,quantitative analysis of the Group's strategic transformation from EFE and IFE matrices,decided to use SO+WO combination strategy,determine the strategic direction,goals and implementation rules,and proposed that the company should provide security for the strategic transformation of the group in terms of organizational structure,corporate culture,personnel training and incentive policies,ensure that the transformation strategy of the company can be successfully implemented.This thesis,according to the research ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,attempts study the transformation strategy of Hang Tuo to provide valuable reference for the companies with the same or similar factors,by reaching the basic theoretical research,combining with the development of the group itself,analyzing the macroeconomic environment,industry environment and other factors,Of course,the research results of this thesis can be directly used as the decision basis for the strategic transformation of the HangTuo company.
