As the marketing competition increasingly intensified,the enterprise development needs large numbers of high-quality talents.How to attract,retain and motivate the talents has already become the core part of business management.The human resources management level has continuously become one of standards of the enterprise comprehensive strength.More over it is the core strategic resources of one company.The excellent human resources management will rely on a set of effective Human Resources managing system,which refers to various items in Human Resources.Salary management system is one important module in Human Resources management.The thesis will take Z company as the researching object,which is a state-owned warehousing logistics enterprise,aiming to analyze the existing issues in its current salary system.The purpose is to explore a scientific and reasonable salary system,and exert the salary incentive effects,which enables enterprises to attract and retain talents,and create a stable high-quality team so that can achieve sustainable development.Based on large numbers of researching on the situation and theory of both domestically and abroad,the thesis will analyze the existing problem in Z company salary system and propose the improving plan.Firstly,make the questionnaire survey and investigate the Z company staff's satisfaction to salary system which can help to find out the existing problem.Secondly,aiming at the existing problem in salary system,analyze and evaluate each job position of Z company.At the same time,design the company's salary structure,job level setting,performance salary and allowances,etc.As the setting of new salary system,the fairness and competitiveness of the system can be ensured.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of salary prioritization scheme by counter measures,and do the evaluation for these measures.
