With the constant development of the Internet and Internet of things,the use of Cross-border E-commerce provides a new technical support for the development of international trade and growth mode,because of its characteristics of efficient and easy,has gradually replaced the traditional form of international trade,more and more small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises join in the Cross-border E-commerce.In view of this,the analysis and research of Cross-border E-commerce enterprises' operation and strategy is a subject worthy of further study.This paper starts from the existing development condition of Dalian R Cross-border E-commerce company,Diagnose and analyze the problems existing in operation and management of enterprises,based on strategic management theory,using PEST analysis,five-force competitive model,SWOT analysis,comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of enterprises participating in market competition,give reasonable suggestions for the development strategy of enterprises,to realize enterprise profit growth,improve competitiveness and self-worth.This paper considers that the Cross-border E-commerce industry,politically,economically,socially and technologically,is in a favorable macro environment,although market competition is fierce,there are also many business opportunities.R corporation can expand market share by implementing the mixed integration and the localization strategy of international operation,further consolidate and develop competitive position in the market.At the same time,in the cost advantage centralized management and differentiation advantage centralized management strategy,by digging up the broader resources advantage of company,we will reduce costs,increase input in information technology,and strengthen the application of technologies such as big data and accurate marketing promotion,market penetration in the target market with more competitive prices,to build a comprehensive service platform for local foreign trade in Liaoning province,which is the leading technology and model innovation of the service enterprise,helping small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to comprehensively access the market,logistics,customs clearance,settlement,tax refund,financing,etc,to achieve the long-term goal of promoting the export transformation and steady growth of the whole province.At the same time,this paper will provide effective guidance for the development of other small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises,to provide theoretical reference for the future development and theoretical research of Cross-border E-commerce enterprises.
