With the advent of the era of "Internet +",China's cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly.Cross-border e-commerce is also a "dark horse" in the field of foreign trade, and has become an important part of China's economic growth. At the same time, the "One Belt And One Road" strategy has brought new opportunities for China's foreign trade, but the logistics development level of the countries along the Belt and Road is uneven, and China's export cross-border e-commerce trade with the countries along the Belt and Road is facing a major problem of logistics obstruction. In order to seize the opportunities brought by the “One Belt And One Road” strategy, this paper studies the relationship between the logistics performance of the countries along the Belt and Road and China's cross-border e-commerce export trade in the countries along the Belt and Road to find out the weak links in the logistics development of countries along the Belt and Road, and put forward reasonable suggestions to further promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in China. This thesis firstly reviews the research status of related fields, sorts out the relevant literature on logistics performance,cross-border e-commerce and the relationship between the two and makes a review. In the theory of logistics cost,it analyzes the mechanism of action of sub-indicators of logistics performance on cross-border e-commerce trade.Secondly,49 countries along the "One Belt And One Road" route were selected as research objects to analyze the status quo of logistics performance indexes and sub-indexes of each country from2010 to 2018,as well as the status quo of cross-border e-commerce export trade between China and "One Belt And One Road" countries along the route. On this basis, the paper makes a preliminary judgment on the correlation between the logistics performance of countries along the Belt and Road and the export trade of cross-border e-commerce,and theoretically analyzes the ways that the sub-indexes of logistics performance affect the export trade of cross-border e-commerce.Finally,based on the extended trade attraction model, the spatial econometric model(SDM)is used to study the spatial spillover effect of logistics performance and sub-indicators of countries along the "One Belt And One Road" route on the cross-border e-commerce export trade between China and countries along the route, and the spatialspillover effect of each factor of logistics performance is measured and analyzed. The research results show that :(1)The logistics development of "One Belt And One Road" countries along the route is extremely unbalanced, the overall logistics performance of Central and Eastern Europe is better than that of Asia, and there is a large gap in the cross-border e-commerce transaction scale between China and different countries along the route of "One Belt And One Road".(2)There is a spatial interaction between the impact of logistics performance of countries along the Belt and Road on the cross-border e-commerce export trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road.In other words, the cross-border e-commerce export trade of China to any country along the Belt and Road is affected by the logistics performance of that country and other countries along the Belt and Road.(3)The logistics infrastructure construction and the International shipments have a significant direct promoting effect on the cross-border e-commerce export trade between China and "One Belt And One Road" countries along the route, and infrastructure construction plays a stronger role.(4)Customs,logistics infrastructure construction and tracking and tracing all have significant spatial spillover effect, which are specifically manifested as crowding out effect. In other words, the improvement of logistics performance indicators in neighboring countries of any country along the "One Belt And One Road" route will reduce the scale of cross-border e-commerce export trade between China and that country.Meanwhile, the spillover effect of logistics infrastructure is the largest, followed by customs, and finally, the tracking and tracing.(5)The logistics development level of the neighboring countries of any country along the “One Belt And One Road”route has a greater impact on the export trade of China and its cross-border e-commerce than the domestic logistics development level. Finally, based on the research results, some suggestions are put forward, including the integration of logistics resources, the strengthening of logistics infrastructure, the strengthening of logistics information construction and the establishment of transnational logistics group, etc.
