| This paper expounds that corporate culture is the key factor to determine the success or failure of enterprises,and also the intrinsic motivation to support the sustainable development of enterprises.Especially under the “new normal” economy",the construction of corporate culture has become the most important productivity for the strategic development of the company.The paper intends to inherit and develop the cultural spirit established by the Industrial Bank Head Office.And the specific corporate cultural construction solution for the Industrial Bank D Branch is well developed,which combines its specific operating requirements.It aims to improve team cohesion and senses of dedication within the team-members and then upgrade the managerial and administrative expertise of the D Branch.Based on the extensive studies of corporate cultural theories and related literature,this paper theoretically and practically conducts the interview investigations at all levels,including the branch leaders,staffs,clients and alliance members.The analysis is fully performed in terms of the current situation of company-cultural construction.Furthermore,given the current economic environment and specific situation of the Branch,contradictory analysis and dialectical analysis are applied to illustrate the cultural related problems the Branch having and come up with an improved constructive and practical solution in a systematical way.The extensive research conducted within the paper has drawn a better picture that the sustained development of the corporate construction is the inevitable requirement of the changing world and a strategic fundamental under the “new normal” economy.It would be of great importance of the positive and sustainable development of the bank which requires the concern of the entire company and the attention from each member.Eventually,the Development of the enterprise-culture inherits the essence of the original culture as it set up,whereas it should also reflect the variable demands coming up with the changing economy and require continuous exploration and practice conducted on a long-term basis. |
