| In the past few decades, the competition between enterprises rely on hard power, including companies such as plant and equipment, and only rely on advanced equipment to improve productivity in order to create higher profit margins, it can compete in the market occupy a more active position. However, with China’s accession to WTO, as well as the current development of advances in information technology, the hard power among enterprises was close, and the advanced technology among enterprises quickly imitated and copied by other companies, not just rely on hard power to create its own core competitiveness. Development of competition between enterprises is a culture of competition to the last, and only an excellent enterprise culture can breeds more long-term and lasting development, if companies do not have the right culture to do security, although there will be extensive rapid growth and development, but in the end will not escape the fate of being eliminated.This article focuses on the KC Group’s corporate culture construction carried out analysis and research on the status of the Group’s corporate culture KC research and finishing, combined with the status quo KC Group corporate culture and the theoretical analysis related to corporate culture, trying to establish compliance with the requirements KC Group corporate culture system to better serve the corporate culture related business companies. The first part introduces the background and significance of the research, and the research methods used in this article, planning and design of a line of research in this paper. The second part of the research results related to the existing corporate culture were analyzed with the theory, including the connotation of enterprise culture, development, structure and function, for the design of enterprise culture system for the theoretical groundwork. The third section discusses the KC Group corporate culture construction process problems and their causes. KC Group status quo combined with the fourth part of corporate culture, and the idea of corporate culture construction, re-planning and design of the framework of the company’s corporate culture. The fifth part of the implementation process and safeguards redesigned corporate culture systems were analyzed.Corporate culture is the cornerstone of long-term guarantee healthy development of enterprises, in close connection with this article during the KC Group’s corporate culture in the design of the company’s long-term strategic development plan, the enterprise culture design does not deviate from the general direction of the company. |
