Today's society increasingly competitive market,a company only owns and maintains its own core competitiveness in order to win in the fierce competition in the market.Corporate culture as the soul of the enterprise is to promote sustained,rapid and coordinated development of inexhaustible power,but also business core competencies and essential part of soft power.On the one hand it enables continued to improve efficiency,reduce costs effectively,it can enhance the effectiveness of the brand,enhance brand value,making business more social influence,and gradually enhance their market competitiveness;on the other hand,as a business enterprise culture the key elements of the composition of the core competitiveness,people increasingly concerned about its role in the business aspects of performance improvement,and constantly favored by the business.Therefore,how to build a corporate culture with its own characteristics,the financial enterprises is becoming an important issue.The discussion and research in this thesis are base on the study of the definition,general contents,features,function and theory of enterprise culture,those achievements which made by domestic and foreign scholars.During which,by looking into the reference of the relevant books,thesis's and documents,it obtained certain knowledge and understanding regarding the construction of enterprise culture,as well as the recognition of its importance.In addition,starting from the study of researching which made by domestic and foreign scholars regarding the present status of enterprise culture,specific analysis and collation for L branch of Postal Savings Bank of China have been done regard which's fundamental states and the ideology,principle,level and contents of its enterprise-culture construction.By the method of questionnaire survey towards the employees from different departments of L branch of PSBC,investigation and summarizing were made regarding the fundamental states of enterprise culture of the firm.Finally,the solution brought out to solve the existing problems by the way of combining the theory and practice.Through the studies and researches about the problems mentioned above,hopefully it would inspire more telent of contribution for enterprise culture construction in L branch of PSBC,and thereafter,would enhance its competitiveness in its face of fierce competition in financial market.
