The manufacturing industy can be divided into equipment manufacturing industry and consumable manufacturing industry. Equipment manufacturing industry is the core constituent of manufacturing industy, it provides the technical equipment support for the national economy and national defensive construction. So the development of equipment manufacturing industy has important meaning to the national economy.Team is a effective way to complete the work, and has been used in more and more economic organizations at present. Equipment manufacturing industry in our country begins to adopt this operating type to complete its innovation tasks, namely reaearch and development team. Equipment manufacturing industry's innovation and the competitive power have an important influence to our national economy and security. Team innovation performance is a proper indicator to mesure this level. So it has important significance for us to research the influencing factors of team innovation performance.This research discovered that social network was an objective phenomenon existing in every types of teams, and the quality of the network had influence to team performance. The level of knowledge sharing is also an important influencing factor to performance, so it has important significance for us to research the relationship between social network and knowledge sharing.This research conducted literature research, interview research and questionnaire survey. And through meticulous data analysis, we confirmed the proposed assumptions, and obtained the following conclusions:1,Team internal social network has a remarkable forward influence to team innovation performance. Network heterogeneity and strength of ties also have influence to team innovation performance.2,Team internal social network has a remarkable forward influenc to knowledge sharing, but has different influences to three dimensions of knowledge sharing. Network heterogeneity has remarkable forward influence to sharing quality and practice performance, but not coordination spirit. Strength of ties has remarkable forward influence to sharing quality and coordination spirit, but not practice performance. 3,Knowledge sharing has close relation to team innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has forward correlational relation to team innovation performance, and also has remarkable forward influence to every dimension of team innovation performance.4,Knowledge sharing plays a partly intermediary function in the affect process of team internal social network to team innovation performance.Finally, based on the conclusions, this research proposed some suggestions to R&D teams of equipment manufacturing industy.
