With the rapid development of knowledge economy era,the team as the basic unit of logistics system innovation activities,has gradually become the main part of knowledge creation and technological innovation.How to inspire creativity of the team members and to improve the innovation performance of the team has become the key point for project success.The key task of logistics system innovation team is innovation,which relies on the cooperation among team members.However,cooperation is based on the trust between team members.Although the importance of trust in product innovation has been widely recognized,there is little research on team trust in the logistics system innovation team.From the theory of motivation,shared leadership can be seen as the development of fully empowerment.Team members participate in the management,making decisions together and shared responsibilities can improve team members' enthusiasm and make the team more vigorous and competitive.Therefore,sharing the leadership in the team,is not only an effective way to solve the problem,but also a key mean to encourage team members,which is beneficial to build team confidence.To explore the relationship among team trust,shared leadership and team innovation performance,the research take logistics system innovation team as study targets.On the one hand,from the point of task characteristics,task interdependence and goal specificity are chosen as antecedents of team trust.On the other hand,how the team trust impact innovation performance through shared leadership as mediating variable is analyzed.This research proposes team trust and team innovation performance has a significant correlation as shared leadership played a fully mediator in the logistics system innovation team.Team Trust positively correlates with task interdependence and t goal specificity.In contrast,goal specificity plays greater impact on the team trust.In addition,the different organizational structure plays a control role between shared leadership and innovation performance.This research fully reveals the relationship between team trust and team innovation performance,which laid the theoretical foundations for the management of logistics system innovation team.Moreover,it offers some guidance for improving the level of team trust and innovation performance in logistics system innovation team.
