With the intensification of market competition and the increasing demand of consumers for computer hardware and software,companies that focus on computer accessories have also faced increasingly severe challenges.Optimizing the internal inventory of the company can not only ensure that the company maintains a relatively reasonable inventory level,but also promotes the improvement of the operating efficiency of the company and the increase of operating income.In this study,we selected D company,which is mainly engaged in electronic technology in China,as the research object.Through field visits and reading a large amount of materials and literature,we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the company's inventory control.Through the data analysis method,the D company's inventory control status has been studied in-depth,from the basic points of inventory control: inventory levels,safety stocks and orders,and then from the perspective of the supply chain,summed up from the procurement and sales aspects,summed up D The company has problems with inventory control.The study found that the main problems in company D are three aspects: the company's own inventory control awareness,lack of communication with suppliers,and sales cannot keep up with the purchase.Combined with the related theories of inventory control,we find ways to solve problems from the three aspects of the company itself,suppliers and sales.In this paper we first study the internal inventory control of enterprises from three aspects,use the ABC inventory classification method to classify the products of Company D,and set different control strategies for different products to provide scientific basis for follow-up demand forecasting;according to the history The analysis of data and the key management and control situation,calculated its safety stock and set the maximum inventory;based on the three departments jointly predict the future demand more accurately,reducing the blindness of ordering.Finally,in terms of promoting sales,the dealer incentive program was proposed to encourage dealers to purchase more goods,and to adjust and add existing distributors' distribution network channels so that the sales progress can catch up with and surpass the procurement progress to help D company improve inventory control status.Implement a series of safeguards.Finally,this paper summarizes the research work and looks forward to thenext step.It can be seen from the research that inventory is the survival of the company,but it cannot be too high.Reasonable inventory control system can make the enterprise invincible in market competition.For different companies,it is necessary to find different but most appropriate inventory control strategies to ultimately make the company better developed.
