Evaluation Research On The Contribution Degree Of Technological Innovation In Regional Economic Growth

In the 21 st century,when regional economic competition is increasingly fierce,technological innovation has been the core force to promote regional economic growth and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.The 19 th national congress in October 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that "Innovation is the first driving force for leading development and a strategic support for building a modern economic system." Chinese economy is on the road of innovation-driven and innovation-oriented.As a typical underdeveloped region in the west,Qinghai must seize the opportunity of the times and catch the train of technological innovation.To become an excellent promoter and practitioner of technological innovation,inject vitality into the economic and social development,and thus to promote the economic and social development of the province to a new height.Based on detailed reading related articles on the selection of the relevant data of 2002-2016,to build a more suitable technological innovation capability of Qinghai evaluation system,analysis the calculation and Analysis on the method of using principal component;In the above analysis under the premise,the correlation analysis on the relationship between technological innovation and economic growth;Finally,using the Solow growth equation is an empirical study on technology innovation contribution to economic growth.The results show that the economic growth type of Qinghai belongs to the extensive economic growth,and its technological innovation capacity is on the whole showing prosperity and upward trend,and has a positive effect on the economic growth.However,the contribution of technological innovation in economic growth is lower,the average contribution is only 31.47%,which is mainly due to technological innovation is still in the early stages of growth,the conduction mechanism of the technological innovation to promote economic growth with block,so that the technological innovation can not fully play its role.Therefore,combined with the development status and empirical research results of Qinghai,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to enhance Qinghai's technological innovation capability and promote the healthy and sustainable development of its economy.
