Along with the increasing of equipment procurement,research institutions,daily management,information acquisition behavior,previous emphasis on laboratory management,human resource management services no longer adapt to the development trend of the Internet era,although many laboratories have established a laboratory information management system based on B/S structure or C/S structure,but none of mechanism make use of the mobile platform to manage and acquire information of laboratory,and use suitable means of information to provide lab users with laboratory management and service.Therefore,the development and use of mobile Internet,cloud services can achieve the laboratory of standardization and systematization,enhance the ability to provide relevant management and service,reduce cost and money of communication and coordination for laboratory users and the management.The birth of HTML5 technology and HTML5 plus standard,make the development and the realization of the mixed software structure become reality and let it gradually popular,mixed structure software increased the development speed of the mobile platform,improve the difficult situation which the development of using Java language used to bring the more cost and longer time?more complicated.Combined with the construction of IIMP(laboratory information management platform)and the current situation of laboratories management,this paper uses the Hbuilder development platform,HTML5 technology,Mui framework to complete the design of mobile IIMP's client platform,using PHP technology and JavaScript scripting language and jQuery plug-ins and three level management concept(user-Officer-administrator)cloud service platform design of laboratory information management,then the use MySQL technology,PhpMyadmin database visualization tools,WampServer environment to establish the system database and server operating environment which achieve and manage laboratory information and work business,this is beneficial that fill the informatization construction of the Earthquake Institute of the China Earthquake Administration.In terms of the IIMP of mobile platform(user),taking the Testin cloud platform compatibility on 50 mainstream Android models of performance testing,which passing rate is 100%,the average setup time is 8.82 s,the average starting time was 0.37 s,CPU accounted is 2.84%,accounted ram is 82.28 MB.And cloud platform homepage's start-time is 182 ms by using Google DevTools tools;using Apache bench on the mobile platform(user)for concurrent access capability testing,test results: visits 10000 times,concurrent access volume 200,throughput is 40890.37;and the laboratory of mobile platform test cases,the testing process does not appear chaotic,page structure in response,the phenomenon such as interactive error interrupt.The test results show that the integrated information management platform based on cloud services and mobile Internet has better performance,more functions,better user experience and meets the design requirements.
