Because of its environmental protection,rich spectrum and good consistency and so on,the electric spark source has been widely used in shallow surface exploration and earthquake prediction,it includes the field of engineering exploration,the field of petroleum exploration,and the field of earthquake investigation in marine engineering.The spark source is a typical non explosive source,and has obvious advantages and characteristics compared with other sources.As a kind of low energy superposition and excitation source,the electric spark source is less destructive to the surrounding,and its energy is converted to the release of mechanical wave,so it has high conversion efficiency when it is converted to seismic wave;The excitation of the electric spark source is less destructive to the surrounding rock,which makes the excited wavelet more stable.Through many practice,it is proved that the stability of the wavelet is obviously better than that of the spark source Bobbi explosive source;The spark source has a stable trigger interval and a stable excitation wavelet,so the superposition processing has a more obvious effect,which can greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio;The combined excitation of the multi electric spark source will be more effective than the single trigger,which can resolve the contradiction between increasing the excitation energy and improving the efficiency of work.The electric spark source is an energy conversion device that converts the electric energy stored in the high voltage capacitor to the pulse pressure wave.After the alternating current is boosted and rectified,the electric energy is stored in the high voltage capacitor group.The electric energy can be discharged in the water instantly through the discharge electrode,and flows through the pulse high current in the medium to make the surrounding medium gasified and form the high temperature and high pressure zone,thus producing the shock wave.The high voltage and high current of the electric spark source is easy to cause the device to malfunction,for example,the diode in the rectifier bridge may appear to be broken down and cause the bridge to be broken.If the bridge is not replaced in time,there will be an extremely dangerous situation such as the explosion of the rectifier bridge in the process of use.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the spark source is very important.At present,there is a widespread lack of remote monitoring system at home and abroad on the electric spark source,the working state of the electric spark source can not be realized at real time,and it's difficult to find a fault once it occurs.It is also inconvenient to operate at the same time,it needs to observe the state of charging at real time when the spark source is charged,unable to preset the charging voltage value and full of complex functions such as self-stop or discharge.To solve these problems,improve the performance of electric spark source,and further enhance user experience,this paper studies and designs intelligent electric spark source control system.This paper introduces the principle of electric spark source,and design the whole system plan according to the demand,the whole system is divided into a remote monitoring terminal and a front-end control and transmission system.The remote monitoring terminal includes intelligent terminals and supporting software systems.front-end control and transmission system is divided into wireless transmission module,RS485 bus,source charge and discharge control module,power parameter measurement and recording module,energy storage voltage data transfer module,discharge switch status detection module,temperature detection module,and three phase drop phase detection module,each module is controlled by the core master STM32.The multi-task operation mechanism is used to control each module,so the software implementation uses the real-time operating system Free RTOS,the file system Fatfs is also used in software design,it is easy to read and write management operation for the storage medium SD card,save the data to local.At the same time,the data will be uploaded to the remote intelligent terminal through wireless transmission module,the remote intelligent terminal displays the data at real time for users to view.The remote intelligent terminal provides functions for user operation,the user realizes the operation and control of the spark source through intelligent terminal.In this paper,the idea of the Internet of things is combined with the electric spark source of traditional equipment.The main innovation is to operate and monitor the electric spark source through the intelligent terminal.The connection function of the electric spark source and the intelligent terminal is realized,and the real-time monitoring of the working state of the electric spark source is completed by the intelligent terminal,the function of the user to operate the electric spark source through the intelligent terminal is realized.In the first chapter,the development of the electric spark source at home and abroad is introduced,and the design scheme of the intelligent electric spark source control system is put forward in the second chapter according to the problems and shortcomings of the current electric spark source.The third and the fourth chapters mainly introduce the hardware implementation and software design of the control system,and debug the hardware module and the whole system in the fifth chapter.Finally,the whole system is summarized,and the existing problems and improvement pla n are analyzed.
