Design And Implementation Of Field Verification System For Narcotic Plantation Based On Mobile GIS

This paper analyzes the data acquisition work of the verification work of narcotic plant.Using Android as development platform,combined with GIS theory and mobile GIS technology,a narcotic plant verification system is developed which can improve current verification method significantly.Such digitization data acquisition method,as a result,enhance the work efficiency,standardize the data content and improve the data accuracy.Firstly,this paper firstly analyzes and studies the business processes of current verification work and establishes the objective of the verification system and conducts demand analysis and feasibility study.Based on the above work,with the reference of modular development concept,each function of the system design and development is accomplished.The development language is Java and the framework is ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android API.The system is composed by server terminal and client terminal.Function of server terminal is service management publishing data to a service.Function of client terminal is to conduct the verification data acquisition,record and visualization of track,data upload,map loading,system settings and GPS real-time positioning.During the period of the development for the system,according to the requirement of verification data acquisition,the integration of spatial data,attribute,image and videos is achieved.Furthermore,offline data acquisition,storage and management,as well as the interaction with the server is successfully solved.
