Resources are not only material basis,but also related to the economic recovery of the country and play an important strategic role.However,resource-based companies that rely on abundant resources want to occupy a place in today’s economic globalization market,and competition in the form of supply chain is a necessary road for enterprises.While the supply chain alliance brings high benefits,high efficiency,and high market share,its failure rate is also high,and internal conflict is one of the main reasons.Income problem is just one of the factors that most likely to cause internal conflicts.Therefore,analyzing the problem of income can not only resolve the conflicts between supply chain alliances,but also ensure the stability of the supply chain.With the rapid development of China’s economy,it is particularly important to correctly handle the relationship between economic development and ecological environment protection.Therefore,under the condition of low-carbon constraints,it is of great practical significance to explore the issue of income and its distribution in resource-based supply chains.Based on this,this paper considers a two-tier resource-based supply chain composed of resource developers and resource processors to analyze the benefits of the supply chain under environmental constraints and explore the issue of profit distribution under centralized decision-making.First of all,qualitative analysis is made on the connotation of resource-based supply chains,environmental constraints,and the factors that influence the distribution of income.Secondly,on the basis of qualitative analysis,two important environmental factors such as low-carbon emission reduction factor and ecological restoration factor,market fluctuation factors,and consumers’ “environmental preferences” were extracted and quantified to establish a supply chain revenue model.Then based on the quantitative analysis of the revenue model of the supply chain,combined with the qualitative analysis of the resource-based supply chain,and considering the three influencing factors of risk factor,ecological factor,and effort,the traditional Shapley value method was improved and improved.And applied to income allocation of resource-based supply chain under decision-making,supplemented by calculation examples to verify the effectiveness of the model.Compared with existing research,the paper has made innovations in two aspects: First,the analysis of the resource-based supply chain for the first time combined with the environmental protection situation,and the first proposed ecological restoration factor and considering the market fluctuations to construct and analyze the resource-based supply chain revenue model.Second,for the first time,refining the distribution model of the resource-based supply chain system for centralized decision-making.Through the analysis of the model,the following main conclusions can be obtained:(1)As market demand fluctuates increasing,expected returns from resource-based supply chains will decrease.(2)The level of emission reduction is positively related to the price of the resource developer,and the price relationship with the resource processor depends on the customer’s awareness of the importance of environmental protection and the price elasticity coefficient of the product demand.The higher the customer’s awareness of environmental protection and the lower the elasticity,the price of resource processors has a positive correlation with the emission reduction,and vice versa.(3)The level of ecological restoration has a positive correlation with the prices of processed resources and resource products.(4)Under this market structure with a downstream-dominant structure,as the level of eco-remediation(emission reduction)increases,the resource developer’s revenue(the expected profit of resource processors)will increase first and then decrease.(5)Profit of the supply chain system for centralized decision-making is higher than that of decentralized decision-making.(6)Under the circumstances of environmental protection constraints,the resource-based supply chain achieves the highest level of optimal emission reductions in collaborative decision making,followed by the downstream dominant structure,and then the upstream and downstream equilibrium supply chains.And finally,the supply chain led by the upstream.(7)Considering the environmental protection factors and the limited “environmental preferences” of customers,when the cooperation decision is made,the resource-based supply chain achieves the highest level of optimal ecological restoration,followed by the upstream-oriented resource supply chain,then upstream and downstream balanced supply chain,and finally downstream supply chain.(8)Under the constraints of environmental protection,considering three influencing factors,such as risk factor,ecological factor,and effort level,an integrated correction factor was introduced to improve the Shapley value method and use it for profit distribution under cooperative decision.It was found that the improved model is more scientific and reasonable than the traditional one.
