Rainfall runoff collection plays an important role in environmental monitoring(especially urban environmental monitoring),soil and water conservation,and sponge city construction.However,due to the uncertainty of rainfall and the content of various elements in the rainfall changes over time.The rainfall runoff needs to be sampled in time.To ensure that the collected water samples are representative and effective,as one of the tools for direct acquisition of water samples,it is very important to collect water samples in a timely and effective manner to measure the quality of the water collecting device.For water sample collection work,therefore,especially of rainfall runoff sampling,design a kind of high mechanization degree,strong adaptability,which can realize remote control of unmanned water sampler have considerably practical significance.This paper is mainly the research of water sampler based on the remote control of mobile phone.According to the actual demand of rainfall runoff sampling,the mechanical structure,control system and software part of the water collecting device are designed in the whole.Based on the study of the power consumption of the electric control system of the water sampler,the demand analysis of the standby time of the water sampler was carried out,and an energy-saving circuit was designed to reduce the power consumption of the electric control system.The waterproof problem of water sampler is studied.Through the analysis of the relationship of the water's surface tension and pressure,and with the aid of computational fluid dynamics simulation.The pore diameter of the vent is designed to meet the requirement of waterproof seal.And the sampler was molded with injection molding.The field sampling test of water sampler is designed.It is mainly to verify the stability of communication and the reliability of waterproofing in practical application.The feasibility and reliability of the remote-controlled water sampler in practical application are verified.The experiment verifies that the water sampler based on mobile remote control has good stability and reliability in practical application.
