Water is the source of life,it is indispensable to human survival and development of important material resources,at the same time its plays a huge role in promote the sustainable and healthy development of economy in our country.In order to make a reasonable allocation of water resources in each basin and to ensure certain economic benefits,it is necessary to analyze the important hydrological data of the corresponding stations in different periods.The hydrological bureau as a unit for the prediction,monitoring,recording,sharing and process implementation of the hydrological system,Bear the responsibility for making important decisions on time-sharing data.In the actual work,the hydrological bureau will produce a lot of asset data,including equipment,office supplies,vehicle management,travel and foreign investment.According to the traditional way of work,the staff to manually record the data method,but because of limited staff,the site is widely distributed,the type of equipment,data types and other complex issues,is not conducive to the management of the data,inspection and data classification management.In this paper,based on the shortcomings of the traditional work model,combined with Visual Studio2010 and Oracle database development of a B / S architecture based on the hydrological asset management system.First of all,through the access to literature,the background of the management of hydrological assets management,to understand the status quo at home and abroad,and the theoretical basis and key technologies involved in the analysis;and then combined with the idea of software engineering,hydrological asset management system needs analysis The design of the main function modules is carried out in the C # development environment,and the main function modules are used to develop the main function modules.Finally,with the data of Datong hydrology,the design of the main function modules is carried out.Example,the application of the system display and analysis.The results show that through the application of hydrological asset management system,it is possible to realize all-round and multi-angle real-time monitoring and information sharing of hydrological assets,so as to improve the office efficiency and reduce the error rate of hydrological assets system effectively.Other departments toprovide reference to promote the rapid development of hydrological undertakings.
