The rapid development of science and technology such as optics and communications is pushing forward the arrival of 5G era.People's demand for electronic mobile terminal equipment such as smart phones,bracelets,tablet computers and the like has greatly increased.At the same time,the requirements for appearance and use experience are getting higher and higher.With the application of wireless charging technology and flexible screen,curved glass products have a good market prospect.Hot press molding technology is the most advanced molding technology for producing curved glass of mobile phones.Compared with traditional material removal processing technology,it has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and mass production.At present,hot press molding equipment has become a research and development hotspot of equipment manufacturers and universities in various countries.The key technologies are the uniform distribution of the temperature of the heating station in the hot press molding furnace,the precise control of the temperature by the system,etc.This is also an important indicator to measure the excellent hot press equipment.In this thesis,theoretical analysis and experimental research are combined to complete the design and development of key parts of hot press molding equipment and prototype assembly,and the design of work stations and the stability and yield of equipment are verified through experiments.It provides an effective reference for subsequent equipment improvement and curved glass hot press molding process.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Study the forming principle of glass hot press forming technology,and analyze the structural composition of hot press forming equipment combined with hot press forming equipment produced by domestic and foreign manufacturers.According to the process route of curved glass forming,the structure of hot press forming furnace is designed and analyzed to determine the stability of furnace body.The profiling device and heating device in the heating station in the furnace are designed.Through the comparison of various schemes,the installation hole spacing of the heating tube on the heating plate is determined,and the relationship between the heating plate,heating tube power and heating time is calculated by using the formula.2.The heat transfer form between the heating die and the glass was studied,and the heating process of the heating station,graphite die and the glass was analyzed by finite element method using COMSOL,and the temperature distribution of the heating station was obtained.The temperature range and temperature distribution of graphite upper and lower dies and glass in different time periods are analyzed to obtain the temperature uniformity of graphite dies and glass after heating to the set temperature.3.Complete the assembly of the prototype,design the experimental scheme,and verify the temperature uniformity of the heating plate after the heating station is heated.Experiments show that the temperature difference between the upper and lower heating plates is less than 10? after reaching the set temperature,which meets the requirements.According to a large number of experimental studies on Samsung S7 mobile phone curved glass cover plate,it is determined that the molding temperature range of the mobile phone curved glass is 730 ~ 750?,and the product yield after hot press molding experiment using a prototype reaches more than 90%.
