The Management Strategy Of Marine Environmental Pollution In Zhan Jiang

Marine economy,as an important branch of China’s economic development,is developing with a trend of increasing popularity.In order to prevent the marine ecological environment from becoming worse with the sustained development of marine economy.Further,the road of economic development can go on the track of sustainable development.In this paper,the marine environment of Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province is taken as the research object.Based on the methods of literature research,social investigation,system analysis and comparative study,the marine environmental pollution of Zhanjiang City is discussed around the main line of marine ecological environment civilization construction of Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province.On the basis of the existing problems,characteristics and causes,combined with the experience of developed countries in the prevention and management of marine environmental pollution,the detailed strategies for the prevention and control of marine environmental pollution in Zhanjiang are put forward.Therefore,the structure of this article is as follows:Firstly,the related concepts and theoretical foundations are defined by the method of literature,and the concepts of marine environment,marine environmental pollution,the definition of comprehensive management of marine environment,and the related prevention and management mode of marine environmental pollution are expounded upon.Then the sustainable development theory and the ecosystem theory are put forward.The theory of environmental justice and the theory of environmental contract enable this paper to be "justified" in the process of discussion.Secondly,by means of social investigation and documentation,the basic situation of the marine environment in Zhanjiang,the characteristics of marine environmental pollution,and the causes of local marine environmental pollution are found.It provides a sound realistic basis for the later strategy chapters,and makes the research of this paper achieve "objective reality".Then,taking the marine environmental pollution prevention and management modes of the United States,Japan and Australia as examples,the successful experiences and references of these three countries in the process of controlling marine environmental pollution are discussed,which provides a very powerful strategic basis for the last chapter of this paper.Finally,in view of the present situation,characteristics and causes of marineenvironmental pollution in Zhanjiang City,and the successful experience of developed countries overseas in the control and management of marine environmental pollution,from the perspective of government-led and the trend of Zhanjiang’s future marine economic development,this paper puts forward the methods and measures of marine environmental pollution prevention and management belonging to Zhanjiang City.
