Study On Cost Control Of W Geological Exploration Project

After the implementation of the policy of reform and Opening-up,become excessive from the planned economy system to the socialist market economy system,and the working system of Geological Survey units will also change.State-owned Geological Survey units must change their thinking and adapt to the socialist market economy system.The state-owned Geological Survey units must enter the market and participate in competition when they change from the original task of undertaking National Public welfare Geological exploration to market-oriented production and business operations.Geological exploration is an important basic work of the country's economic development,involving all aspects of the economy and society,but it has the characteristics of high project cost,long construction period and great difficulty in construction.In this context,if state-owned Geological,establish the cost control consciousness of geological exploration projects,implement scientific cost management methods,and pay attention to engineering efficiency and input-output ratio on the basis of ensuring project quality.Geological exploration projects are the main business of geological exploration units.Strengthening the cost management and control of geological engineering exploration projects is of great importance to improving economic benefits.Based on the working characteristics of geological exploration projects,this paper theoretically studies the concept of geological exploration cost,the principle,method and process of unit cost control for geological exploration,analyzes the problems existing in the current project cost management and control of geological exploration units,and takes the WCD Geological Survey team as an example.Based on the present situation of cost control of WCD team,this paper puts forward the rationalization proposal through in-depth research,and takes the whole process cost control as the guidance to strengthen the cost control of each link.By means of cost budget,cost accounting,cost control,cost post analysis and evaluation,the enterprise improves the awareness of cost control and strengthens the level of unit cost control.Hope to improve the profitability of the unit,in order to provide reference for the cost control of the relevant Geological Survey projects in the future.
