The traditional coastal zone protection work is mostly handled by various government departments according to their institutional responsibilities.Daily supervision is mainly manual inspection and manual disposal.Affected by weather and human factors,it is difficult to achieve 24-hour,accurate and objective supervision goals.In addition,information between departments can not be shared and linkage disposal,resulting in poor daily supervision and control,and illegal and contraband incidents are repeatedly banned.By contrast,the application of information technology such as GIS,Internet of Things and remote sensing to the daily supervision work of coastal zone protection can not only achieve inter-departmental data sharing and joint disposal,but also significantly improve the efficiency and quality of supervision while reducing the cost of manpower.We will further enhance the timeliness,accuracy and objectivity of daily supervision and control of coastal zone protection,do a good job in coastal zone protection,and promote the development of the blue ocean economy.Based on the research and realization of coastal zone protection mechanism,this study develops a comprehensive supervision platform that integrates the functions of coastal zone digital management,coastal zone comprehensive supervision and coastal zone mobile monitoring under the application of information technology to strengthen coastal zone protection supervision mechanism.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the functional requirements and feasibility of the regulatory platform by investigating the current situation and existing problems of coastal protection.Secondly,according to the system needs,the solutions and implementation design based on GIS,Internet of Things,remote sensing and other information technologies are proposed,and the overall architecture and implementation route of the system are determined.Finally,the database of the regulatory platform is analyzed and designed in detail,and the functional realization and testing of the regulatory platform is completed in the development environment of Visual Studio and Android Studio using XML,Asp.NET and Web Service.Experiments show that the comprehensive coastal zone supervision platform realized in this paper can provide reference for the study of coastal zone protection mechanism by dynamic supervision,disaster warning and prevention and control of coastal zone land resources,ecological environment,fishery breeding,public security,etc..
