The standard for measuring economic growth in the contemporary era is not only to achieve economic growth,but more importantly to maintain economic quality growth,that is,to focus on improving technical efficiency.The environmental technology efficiency considering environmental factors can reflect the economic quality in industrial production and life,that is,the coordination of economic development and environmental pollution.However,in real life,industrial production activities promote economic development,while environmental pollution is gradually increasing.The pollution will reduce the efficiency of environmental technology,thereby reducing the coordination of environmental and economic development.At present,the problem of environmental pollution in China has become increasingly prominent,and the economic development process has been hindered.If we consider the specific environmental pollution factors when studying the efficiency of computing environmental technology,we can more accurately reflect the overall level of environmental technology efficiency in China and reflect the quality of economic growth,which is of great help to improve the efficiency level of environmental technology.Based on the corresponding theoretical research on China's existing environmental factors and environmental technology efficiency,this paper analyzes the technical efficiency of industrial environment in Shanxi Province.As a major province of mineral coal resources,Shanxi Province relies heavily on coal,electricity,metallurgical and other resource-based industries,resulting in increased industrial “three wastes” emissions,and emissions are at a relatively high level.In addition,the economic development of Shanxi Province is not optimistic,and the growth rate of Shanxi Province's GDP is also showing a weak trend.It can be seen that Shanxi Province needs to explore a road that not only maintains economic development with quality but also achieves environmental protection and takes both into consideration.Moreover,Shanxi Province should also stabilize and develop its industrial economy while controlling and controlling industrial waste emissions.This paper uses the nonseparable and unexpected output SBM-DEA model to measure and evaluate the technical efficiency of industrial environment in Shanxi Province.The panel data model was used to analyze the influencing factors and found that the province had problems in the development of industrial economy.Finally,the Shanxi Province proposed policy opinions that can improve the efficiency of environmental technology.
