The traditional die-casting manufacturing enterprises are labor-intensive enterprises, before 21st century, because of less competition in the market, die casting enterprise is given priority to with enterprise,customer passively accept production model for mass production, broughting in big profits for the enterprise. With the rapid development of global economy, market environment facing a fundamental change, characteristics of the market environment has changed into a customer-oriented drive, prompting enterprise production pattern into small batch more varieties of production, which greatly enhanced the difficulty of the workshop production management. At the same time, increasingly fierce market competition, labor employment is becoming increasingly difficult, So die casting manufacturing enterprise urgently needs an automated production management system to assist enterprises to manage production. However, MES appeared for die-casting problem faced by enterprises to provide an effective solution. Through the data acquisition function model of MES, integration of ERP and PCS, Automated production records and instructions. And then through the MES process management functions to monitor production activities, to control the production process, so as to achieve the effect of the production management automation.In this paper, aiming at die-casting production management problem faced by manufacturers, combined with the production characteristics of die casting workshop and MES application research, designed a kind of production management system for die casting workshop based on MES, the system includes server data store software, server relational database and server Web monitoring software in the workshop, realized the integration of production information, automatic and intelligent production management, every year for the enterprise to save as much as 13%of the cost. This paper completed the design of production management system for die casting workshop based on MES, the main work content is as follows:(l)Through the analysis of related literature at home and abroad, Understanding the definition of MES, positioning model and function model, knowing the application of MES in the workshop production management system, then respectively introduced MES function model in the workshop production management system.(2)Analysising the production management system for die casting workshop based on MES, combined with the organization form of die casting workshop, process flow, and the demand of the die casting workshop, put forward the demand of the system, then through the object-oriented UML to the MES system for die casting workshop production management modeling analysis.(3)Designing the production management system for die casting workshop based on MES. First of all, clearly knowing the objectives and principles of the design. Then briefly describes the system architecture and design of the system software. In succession, in SQL Server 2008 R2 database management system to establish a variety of data tables and views, and to set binding data table and the correlation between the data table. Finally, the data validation, to identify the data receiving protocol specification for design.(4)Implementing production management system for die casting workshop based on MES. First introduced the system development using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development platform and C/S and B/S, the MVC and related technology, and then through the flow chart and system running effect, demonstrating in detail the server data store software data acquisition function of the monitoring software and server Web workshop of real-time monitoring, data query and data statistical analysis function.Finally, summarizing the thesis, illustrating the main research work. At the same time, providing improvements to the deficiency in the subject.
