Study On Synthesis Of Tiadinil As Pyrimidine Fungicides And Prohexadione As Plant Growth Regulator

Tiadinil is a new type of fungicide which possesses good properties of high efficiency and long in effective persistency.As a plant activator,Tiadinil can stimulate the parasitic resistance of the crop itself,improve their ability to resistance to disease,and without resistance to the pharmacy after continuously use.lt can fully comply with the requirement of the development of the morden society,has significant advantages.This paper discusses the synthesis of tiadinil.Tiadinil was prepared by using the dimethyl carbonate and hydrazine hydrate as the starting material.The effects of the reaction time,the reaction temperature,material confect and suitable solvent have been compared and discussed emphatically.Procedure for the tiadinil was developed and the reaction condition was optimized with 60%total yield.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by means of 1H NMR?IR?GC and MS.Prohexadione is an efficient plant growth inhibitor with cyclohexanetrione structure.Compared with the traditional triazole compounds,Prohexadione possesses good properties of high efficiency,low poison,better environment safety,quick in preliminary effect,long in effective persistency.With the advanced of the applied research,prohexadione expands its applicatied range,is now widely used in the culture and management of crops,horticulture,turf.Thus the synthesis of these compounds has great significance.This paper discusses the synthesis of prohexadione,The synthesis process starts with acetonyl-addition of diethyl maleate under low-press condition,followed by ester condensation,acylation,rearrangement reactions.The synthesis process which can be taken under low cost,gives high productivity and fine products quality showing prospects on industrial promotion.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by means of 1H NMR?IR?GC and MS.
