The rapid replacement device for host ropes of multi-rope friction hoist is one of the most important mining machine products.In recent years,with the efficient production of high-yielding mine,the promotion of comprehensive mechanized coal mining,the market competition of the rapid replacement device for host ropes is more intense,the development cycle and quality of the device are the key factors of the enterprise survival and development.In this paper,on the basis of widely understanding of the rapid replacement device for host ropes of multi-rope friction hoist,the existing rope-replacing methods at home and abroad,CAD technology and SolidWorks secondary development methods,it finds low efficiency and high cost of the existing design method of the existing rope-replacing device and it difficult to guarantee its quality and other issues.The paper uses SolidWorks secondary development and database technology to the parts of the rapid replacement device for host ropes of multi-rope friction hoist for parametric design.In this paper,it applies ADAMS to dynamic simulation of the entire operation of the device.This paper introduces the structure,working principle,hydraulic principle,woking process flow diagram of the rapid replacement device for host ropes of multi-rope friction hoist.It is to two working conditions of the anti-run rope device for finite element analysis.It classifies,summarizes and designs the same structure,the different size types of the pin and connecting rod on group technology.It saves the parameters of different parts in the database to connect with VB,achieves fast parametric design of kin parts,minimizes the reuse of the original design information.Under the guidance of group technology thought,based on in-depth study of secondary development of SolidWorks,the integrated use of Access database technology,the SolidWorks API function parameters technology,custom menu and VB programming language technology,it establishes CAD system development program of the parts of the rapid replacement device for host ropes.Finally,it sets up VB and the SolidWorks application programming interface,the size database of the pin shaft and the oil cylinder,uses dimension driven method to parametric design,designs the human-computer interaction interface and achieves rapid design of serial parts.Based on parametric design of the parts of the rapid replacement device for host ropes of multi-rope friction hoist,it applies ADAMS software for working process of the rapid replacement device for host ropes to the kinematics and dynamics simulation research.Kinematic analysis shows the kinematic trajectory of oil cylinder in the working process of the entire device,it analyses its displacement,velocity and acceleration characteristics;Dynamics analysis shows that under the condition of the wire rope gravity,oil cylinder needs to exert how much force to grip the rope,makes the steel rope velocity to zero,achieves rope-replacing steadily.It analyzes force changes situation of the hinge point of the clamping device.It provides the mechanics basis for the later finite element analysis.Based on parameterized design of the parts of the rapid replacement device for host ropes of multi-rope friction hoist and simulation research,it has realized to design the rapid replacement device for host ropes quickly.This device has been industrial application in qing shui ying coal mine.In the practical application,the hydraulic system of the device works steadily.Mechanical systems can be required to work to realize the hydraulic passive and step-by-step rope-replacing.And anti-running rope device implements real-time online monitoring,it prevents accidental running rope dangerous accidents and achieves the purpose of replacing the steel rope steadily,safely and reliably.
