With increasing energy demand and depth of mining,multi-rope friction hoists have gradually been adopted by most mines because of their small size,light weight,and large lifting capacity.However,during the actual production and operation,some problems will still be encountered,such as unbalanced or overloaded steel wire rope tension problems,lifting container vibration and tilt caused by tank failure,tail rope wear problems,etc.,which no matter which aspects have problems,will increase the mine the safety performance of the system has a certain effect.In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,a safety monitoring system for mine hoists was designed to monitor the running status of hoists in real time.In view of the problems encountered during the operation of the multi-rope friction hoist and the actual conditions of the mine,this paper studies and designs a real-time monitoring system combining wireless transmission and wired transmission,and combines the Kingview technology to realize real-time data monitoring.The equipment that monitors the tension of the steel wire rope,lifts the bucket vibration,and tilts(responses to tilting of the tank by detecting the tilt of the bucket to reflect the inclination of the tank)move with the bucket.Therefore,the wireless transmission technology is adopted;Tail wear monitoring,the monitoring equipment does not need to exercise,and combines the advantages of existing cabling and wired transmission technologies in the mine.Therefore,wired transmission technology is adopted.After the sensor detection data is collected,it is transmitted to Kingview through the signal transmission channel,and the monitoring data is displayed in the configuration software in real time.The main contents covered in this paper are:First,the overall planning and design of the monitoring system,select the appropriate transmission technology,namely the wireless transmission and wired transmission combined with the signal transmission technology,and the overall design of the monitoring methods and sensor installation location for research and design;Second,the analysis and design of the sensor,through the use of the sensor and the working principle of the different sensors between the comparative analysis,select the appropriate sensor;Third,the monitoring system hardware selection and design,including wireless acquisition and transmission devices and ground signal transceivers are used in wireless monitoring and transmission to achieve data acquisition,processing,and signal transmission.Use PLC to realize data acquisition,processing and signal transmission in wired monitoring transmission.Fourth,monitor system software is designed,including communication program design,the communication settings between the upper computer and the lower computer,and configuration monitoring screen design;Fifth,the experimental testing of the monitoring system,first test each part separately,and then conduct a comprehensive test,determine the usability of the monitoring system through the experimental test,at the same time also on the test data comparison of the line,determines whether the detected data is changed in case of failure.Through the experimental test of the monitoring system,we can see that the monitoring system can complete the monitoring of the data of each part of the lifting system.When a fault occurs in a certain part,the change of the collected data can be observed to determine the cause of the fault and alarm in time.Therefore,it can be determined that the monitoring system designed in this paper can complete the monitoring of the safe operation of the lifting system and provide security for the safe operation of the mine hoisting system.
