This Guizhou phosphate belongs to mid-low grade phosphate,its main feature is that the content of MgO andsesquioxides Fe2O3 and Al2O3 is higher which results in sorting phosphate more difficultly.This topic is abtain a kind of favorable performance positiveamphoteric collector and use in collophanite flotation.Through unsaturated bond nucleophilic addition reaction between ether amine and methyl oleatehas synthesizeda kind of amphoteric collector which have anionic group and cationic group,and used in collophaniteflotation.A series of single positive flotation tests were carried out to study the influence of pharmaceutical synthesis way,ratio of materials,synthesis time and reaction temperature on the flotation performance of new collector preliminary evaluated by flotation index.The synthesis method is:the mass ratio ofether amine and methyl oleate is 5:4,control temperature at 120 centigrade and react for 45 minute,get yellowish transparent homogeneous liquid,Through saponification reaction which process is reaction of the mass fraction 22.22%of sodium hydroxide solution same equivalent soil mass as reagent at trmperature 8090 centigrade,obtain a kind of amphoteric collector DZ-80.Infrared spectrum analysis showed that the synthesized reagent has functional groups of amino,carboxyl,hydroxyl and ether.Hydrophilic group of hydroxyl and ether increased water solubility of collector.Synthetic a long carbon chain structure increased hydrophobicity,and the main product haveamino group,which increased collectivity and selectivity of DZ-80 in silicate at condition of acidity.Iodine value of synthesized regant reduced 9.35 than synthesized material that show synthetic process have reaction.Flotation experimental studies of synthetic reagent have shown that on the condition of grinding fineness-0.074mm90.7%,raw ores is 23.06%,through double-reverse flotation process that the first section of flotation with one roughing and one scavenging and middlings,the second section of flotation with one roughing,one clearning,scavenging mixture of tailing and middlingsreturning was conducted on guizhou collophanite,the beneficiation indexes of concentrate grade P2O5 30.72%,yield 63.93%,recovery rate85.67%can be obtained with the dosage of sulfuric acid 7.0kg/t,NMS0.6kg/t,OYJ-681.0kg/t at the first section of flotation,the reagents dosage of roughing flotation is sulfate acid 1.0kg/t and amphoteric collector DZ-80 0.2kg/t in roughing and amphoteric collector DZ-80 0.3kg/t in clreaning at second section of flotation.Surface tension test,zeta potential test,infrared spectrum analysis and single mineral flotation test showed thatcollophanite,dolomite,quartz are shown a better floatability at useing same concentration of collector DZ-80.pH value have small effect for floatability of dolomite.Floatability of collophanite and quartz have a same range of pH value.The highest 10%floatability quartz than collophanite.The strong-to-weak sequence of synthetic reagentadsorptionability on single mineral isdolomite>quartz>collophane.Theoretica-lly spesking,dolomite,quartz and collophane can be separated with DZ-80 as collector in pH value from 2.0 to 6.0.Different grading of dolomite have different floatability,the finer the granularity is,the less the flotability is,with DZ-80 as collector.the mechanism of the synthetic reagent is acting on the three kinds of single mineral surface by physical adsorption.With the advantage of excellent water-solubility,low price cost and simply synthetic process,stronger collectivity and better selectivity in silicate,and,the synthesized reagent has grate significance on decrease sesquioxide in collophane which sesquioxide content is higher with a broad application prospect.
