With the increasing awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,in order to further improve the energy consumption in the production process of steelmaking industry,as one of the important links in the control of modern steelmaking industrial production process,the combustion control of sintering furnace,the control means are in urgent need of improvement.Sintering is one of the key processes in the process of steelmaking.As far as the current situation is concerned,the energy consumption of the sintering process is relatively large,and the sintering ignition control effect is relatively poor.The main reason is that most of the sintering furnace temperature control system at the present stage controls the sintering temperature manually through manual operation based on work experience.The control effect of this method is not ideal,and the high energy consumption and serious pollution lead to the insufficient combustion of blast furnace gas and the waste of energy.Therefore,under the premise of saving energy,it is very important to make full use of computer technology and control technology to realize efficient automatic adjustment and control of temperature control system of sintering furnace,improve the combustion efficiency of blast furnace gas and reduce environmental pollution.Based on the analysis of the sintering process characteristics of a sintering plant in Anshan Iron and Steel Company,according to the analysis of the characteristics of the sintering process,in order to reduce energy consumption,save coal efficiently sintering temperature control,the block diagram of the control system design and architecture and air-fuel ratio calculation model,the air-fuel ratio calculation model based on gas composition changes timely correction was carried out on the sintering temperature to reduce energy consumption.The system adopts a distributed structure,and the lower computer of the system is mainly completed by a PLC controller.The PLC collects field data and regulates input and output instructions.The host computer uses the self-developed Java-based management and monitoring software to realize the optimal control of the air-fuel ratio.The software can view and store the field device parameters in real time,and can carry out the blast furnace gas composition and sintering temperature changes according to the air-fuel ratio calculation model designed in this paper Adjusted in time to achieve the best combustion control of gas and air,thereby improving the combustion efficiency of blast furnace gas,reducing energy consumption,and reducing environmental pollution.The realization of the human-computer interaction function of the software depends on the Java Swing architecture,which mainly includes six functional modules of air-fuel ratio calculation,real-time control function,process flow,sintering temperature curve,data management and alarm.These modules can operate,display and calculate the collected data,which can not only meet the design requirements but also reduce energy consumption and improve gas utilization.Finally,the software system was tested,and the results showed that the man-machine interaction performance was good,the operation was simple,the parameter setting was convenient,the function could be completed according to the demand analysis,and the abnormal information could be timely alerted and recorded,so as to meet the requirements of detection and control.And put forward the system to improve the next step of the direction.
