The transportation system is one of the basic production processes of mining,the construction cost accounted for 40% of the total cost of infrastructure to 60%,transportation cost and time respectively accounted for more than half of the total cost and the total work of mining,conveying the complex environment of the scene,according to the regional narrow,long distance transport operations,security is the safety technical measures of prevention and protection some of the dangerous node during transportation through the use of safety protection device,"coal mine safety regulations" stipulates that must be installed in dangerous driving roller slip protection,coal pile protection and anti deviation,temperature protection,smoke protection safety protection device with reliable performance to meet the needs of production safety.The good or bad of the safety protection device is directly related to the normal operation of the coal mine production and the life safety of the personnel.At present,the security monitoring of belt conveyor mainly rely on the network with multiple safety protection devices set up automatic monitoring and protection system,can play a good protective effect,but the active safety monitoring system does not have the function of indicating the state of safety protection device,when the safety protection device is in the state of failure,risk sources are in the normal state,can give a person a false sense of security,when the danger source is in a normal state,will directly lead to accidents.Therefore,the safety protection device should have the function of state indication.A scheme for state monitoring and failure factor identification of safety protection device is proposed in this paper.Through the fault tree analysis method of safety protection device failure mechanism and failure mode,can be obtained directly basic factors affecting the failure of safety protection device,safety protection device failure characteristic parameter,establish the safety protection device failure factor identification model,the design and implementation of mine transport system safety protection device failure factors of online identification and monitoring system.The experimental results show that the system can real-time and reliable monitoring,the transportation safety protection system to identify nodes in a state of alarm or failure;the failure factors of system identification model with safety protection device can output real-time safety protection device failure.The state with indication function to protect the safety of the node reliability were evaluated: in terms of structure of the safety protection nodes abstract security protection security model of node,through the reliability test data acquisition,data processing and mathematical statistics theory,the safety protection nodes failure degree with time trend.The proposed scheme for condition monitoring and failure identification of safety protection devices is also applicable to monitoring the safety protection devices of other dangerous sources,providing data support for safety hazard investigation.
