Shandong HJ Group was founded in 2008,is a mainly engaged in metal,non-metallic mineral exploration,mining,metallurgy processing and non-ferrous metals trade of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.In recent years,the group in accordance with the "Nonferrous speed development" strategic objectives,actively implement the "resource diversification" strategy,the group of resources volume geometric expansion,the scale and efficiency doubled growth,visibility and influence significantly increased.In the development planning of HJ Group in the next few years,it is the key to improve the level of corporate governance to tamp the talent base,improve operation efficiency and perfect internal control mechanism.To this end,HJ group needs to be based on its own actual situation,give full play to the potential of employees to explore and realize their own value to promote the development and growth of enterprises.Therefore,how to build a scientific and efficient staff incentive mechanism to improve employee incentive effect is the core issue faced by HJ Group Human Resource Management.This article first through to the HJ Group staff's basic situation carries on the analysis and the introduction,carries on the induction analysis to the HJ Group present staff incentive Policy,summarizes the group in the staff incentive existence main problem.Then,the key factors of staff motivation in HJ Group were identified and analyzed by questionnaire and statistic analysis,and the evaluation was carried out by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which was used to clarify the relative importance of motivating factors,the satisfaction of employees and the direction of improvement.Then,aiming at the main problems of the HJ Group staff motivation,the author adjusts and improves the motivating mechanism of the HJ Group staff,strengthens the influence of the employees ' incentive measures,and improves the employee's satisfaction to the enterprise's incentive management.Finally,this paper mainly around the improvement of the HJ Group staff incentive mechanism in the implementation process of the difficulties encountered and possible problems,from the aspects of system improvement,technical support,strengthening communication and so on to improve the staff incentive mechanism,strengthen the implementation of the improvement of staff incentive mechanism,ensure that staff incentive mechanism improvement work can be implemented smoothly,Achieve good expected results.Based on the scientific theory,this paper improves and perfects the motivating mechanism of the HJ Group staff so as to effectively improve the implementation effect of the HJ Group employees ' incentive,improve their work enthusiasm and business ability,and then improve their competency,and provide talents support for enterprise development,The realization of human resources management of HJ Group's overall development strategy strong support.From two aspects,such as solving the practical problems of the HJ Group employees and strengthening the practical application of the incentive theory,the thesis has more positive practical significance and rich theoretical significance for the study of the staff motivation of HJ Group.
