The competition among enterprises in the 21 st century is nothing but the competition of talents in enterprises.Therefore,the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises mainly relies on good management of human resources in enterprises,involving the encouragement of employees for their enthusiasm and positivity towards their works,which also corresponds to the core tasks of human resources management in modern enterprises.H company is an Eco-environment Technology enterprise,and the lack of internal incentive is one of the most important issues of its human resource management.This kind of situation makes the staff of H company excessively lost,resulting in the economic benefit of the company has been declining in a serious trend year by year.The lack of the core competitiveness of enterprises generally hinders the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,how to enable the company to establish a good human resource management method,adjust the company's development and competition strategy,and improve the enterprise image and core competitiveness is an important issue that needs H company and other similar enterprises to pay much attention to.In summary,based on the management science and the basic theory of human resource management,associated with the current status of H company,with the company's staff as the main research and analysis object,here the company's human resources management is studied,and the two-factor theory is adopted for the in-depth analysis of incentive management.This dissertation mainly focuses on the analysis of the current status and existing problems concerning the employee incentives of H company,the conduction of in-depth research based on the basic theory of management,and the summarization of the motivational purpose of the company.Finally,concerning the above issues,the incentive measures and suggestions are proposed for H company,so as to improve the incentives and to enhance the long-term development and core competitiveness of H company and other similar enterprises.
