Under the background of the unstoppable process of economic globalization,with the high-quality development of China's economy,the desire for talents has become the common aspiration of major enterprises in business management.Talents are an important strategic resource for an enterprise to achieve revitalization and development and win market competitiveness.How to effectively absorb talents to enhance the internal competitiveness of enterprises,retain talents to ensure the long-term development of enterprises,and maximize the benefits of human resources by tapping the internal potential of existing employees are the common problems faced by modern enterprises in how to effectively play the role of human resources.In order to give full play to the role of human resources management,tap the working potential of existing employees,stimulate work motivation,reduce the loss of outstanding employees,improve the attraction of enterprises to external personnel,and truly effectively solve the problems in this regard,it is imperative for enterprises to make full efforts in how to motivate employees.A company is a state-owned chemical enterprise.In recent years,with the expansion of enterprise scale and the development of transformation,more and more high-level and young talents have been introduced into the enterprise.New entrants have played an irreplaceable role in the rapid transformation and development of the enterprise in recent years.However,with the rapid development of the company and the increase of new employees,how to effectively motivate employees,retain talents andpromote the long-term development of the company is an important problem facing A company.By using the method of interview and questionnaire,this paper makes a thorough discussion on the problems and Countermeasures of employee motivation in Company A.The first part describes the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research framework,contents and research methods.The second part is a summary of relevant theories,introducing the relevant concepts and theories of incentives,which provides a theoretical basis for the full text.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of employee incentive in A company.It introduces the basic situation of A company,explains the general situation of A company and the human resources composition of A company.Through interviews and questionnaires,it makes an investigation and analysis of employee incentive satisfaction in A company.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the problems and reasons of employee incentives in A company,points out the main problems in salary and welfare,performance management,personal growth and development,corporate culture and organizational system,and analyses the reasons for the problems one by one.The fifth part is for A company staff incentive problems existing reasons,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth part is the conclusion.
