Six-sided top presses and two-sided presses are used to produce diamonds,which are often used to maintain constant pressure during the holding stage,while the secondary pumps are mostly valve or pump control systems.When using these two structures for p ressure compensation of the system,it is inevitable to produce large or small pressure pulsations.In order to solve the problem of six-sided top press,the paper adopts distributed electric direct drive type energy supply way to carry on the research of pressure compensation strategy of three-channel isostatic pressure system.When the six-sided press hydraulic system requires precise positioning of the pressure,pressure and pressure compensation,the use of three-channel simulation six-sided top press three pairs of two pairs of cylinder pressure on the system to follow the pressure and pressure operation.Using three-channel isostatic pressing system to avoid the traditional valve control system,the problem of energy waste and pump control system in re sponse to slow,auxiliary motor to be frequent start and stop defects.Multi-motor control strategy is complex and variable.Conventional synchronization strategies are mostly synchronized to measure the quality of the control strategy.While the isostatic pressure system measures the accuracy of a control strategy with an accurate and stable setpoint.The paper proposes a hierarchical compensation coordination control strategy as the control strategy of the system,which will need to maintain a stable pressure value to control the system to ensure that the system can return to the steady state value quickly and accurately.In order to make the three-channel isostatic pressing system play a better characteristic,the article first carries on the mathematical modeling to the single channel isostatic pressure system,and carries on the related simulation according to the established model,analyzes the dynamic characteristic of the system.According to the simulation results,select the experimental equipment and build isoparametric experimental platform.Through the single-channel and three-channel pressure compensation experiment,verify the hierarchical compensation coordination control strategy.The experimental results show that the hierarchical pressure compensation control strategy can be used to accurately follow the pressure setting value and keep it stable.With the disturbance or pressure leakage,the pressure can be compensated accurately.
