Mineral processing industry occupies an important position in the national economy.Achieving automatic control in the mineral production processing is the key to improve product quality,to save energy and increase efficiency.Mineral processing automation system needs to carry on a series of time-consuming,laborious,restricted by site conditions and risking field debug before commissioning in the field.To test the PLC control program in the laboratory environment is very important to shorten debugging time,reduce debugging rink and cut down debugging cost.The logic control of electrical equipment is an important part of mineral processing automation software.The test of logic control program is usually based on the model of electrical circuit.This thesis is based on the National Science and Technology Supporting Program"Advanced Control Technology of Whole production Line of Mineral Processing"(2012BAF19G01),and it preliminarily studies the validation problems of electrical equipment model,according to the characteristics of electrical equipment control circuit composition in mineral processing technology.At the same time,this thesis has designed and developed a set of electrical model validation platform in PLC logic control program testing,which helps to ensure the credibility of the test program logic control.The main work of this thesis is as follows:This thesis uses the research method of combining engineering practice summary and theoretical analysis,and proposes that it must adhere to the principle of functional completeness and logical equivalence of the model for the validation of the electrical model in the PLC logic control test of mineral processing automation,based on the summary of programming experience,experience in laboratory testing and debugging experience in the mineral processing automation system PLC logic control program,through comparing electrical model principle with working principle of the prototype model and analyzing the requirements of PLC logic control program laboratory test.In this thesis,we choose and set up the method of electrical model validation,based on the theory and method of inspection certificate for the model analysis and reference.On the basis of the above-mentioned work,this thesis gives the overall design of the electrical model validation platform,carries out the design of the validation platform of the structure and function according to the principle of electrical model validation,and designs each functional module of the validation platform according to the connotation of electrical model validation.Using the Siemens PLC software development tools WinCC and SIMATIC manager,this thesis developed the core content of the electrical model validation platform.Finally,an example of electrical model is validated,based on the electrical model validation platform,this thesis makes a validation text on examples of electrical model,and comes to a conclusion that the electrical model,relative to the prototype model,has the function of completeness and the logical equivalence.
