Air quality is closely related to our lives. In recent years, smog pollution has seriously endangered the health of residents.Studying air pollution in China at this stage and the relevant factors of air quality can enable us to take appropriate measures and play an important role in improving air quality. This article first studies the current status of air quality, selects three atmospheric pollutants,SO2,NO2,and PM10,which have a major impact on air quality,as a clustering indicator. The air quality of provincial capitals represents the air quality level of the province. The 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in 2015 as clustering objects carry out a grey clustering study to classify their air quality and observe the provincial distribution of air pollution. The factors affecting air quality cover all aspects.Economic growth has a significant impact on air quality. The increase in green coverage and urban landscape construction and plays a role in cleaning the air.The generalization of public transport and changes in people's living habits can reduce the emissions of private cars.Harmful emissions from industrial production will increase air pollution, and fossil fuel combustion will also have an impact on air quality.Comprehensive consideration of relevant research at home and abroad, combining relevant factors affecting air quality and principal component analysis divided into five aspects:economic and social development, public transportation, fuel combustion, environmental protection and air pollution.Using the air quality panel data of 31 provinces in recent years in China to study PM10 and PM2.5 pollution sources.Because the traditional regression model can not reflect the spatial effects of air quality, the introduction of spatial econometric model can reflect the spatial correlation of air quality, and the degree of model fitting is higher, thus reducing the error and making it more accurately reflect the related relationship of the variable and air quality.Establish corresponding spatial econometric models for PM10 and PM2.5.In order to effectively study the spatial correlation of air quality, select a more reasonable weight matrix, which is exponentially decay weight matrix, and By contrast, perform the calculation with the traditional 0-1 weight matrix. As a result, effective suggestions for reducing air pollution are provided. The empirical results show that there is a significant spatial autocorrelation in provincial PM2.5 and PM10 in China, and the spatial correlation increases over time.In order to analyze the influencing factors of PM2.5,the spatial Dubin model under fixed effects should be used, and environmental protection is negatively related to PM2.5,and economic and social development is positively related to PM2.5.Explain that increasing environmental protection, actively adopting pollution control measures, and raising environmental awareness can reduce smog pollution. At this stage, economic development will exacerbate the deterioration of air quality. Therefore, while developing the economy,we must also pay attention to the cost of polluting air.The analysis of the influencing factors of PM10 shows that the spatial lag model under fixed effects has a good degree of fit,and atmospheric pollution is positively correlated with PMio,and environmental protection is negatively correlated with PM10,indicating that increasing environmental protection efforts, reducing industrial exhaust gas, automobile exhaust emissions Emissions can reduce the PM10 concentration value and improve air quality.Public transport and fuel combustion indicators did not pass the 5%significance test in both models. There is reason to believe that these two indicators have little influence on PM2.5 and PM10.This is due to the fact that the development of public transportation at this stage still cannot reduce the use of private cars. The supply of natural gas has caused a significant increase in recent years.Coal consumption has dropped drastically, and natural gas fuel is relatively clean. Therefore, there is no significant increase in PM2.5 and PM10.
