Through a large amount of reading,on the basis of understanding the advanced workover equipment at home and abroad,a rational design scheme for a new swing arm mechanism for the pipe string lifting device for workover operations was put forward.The device was mainly composed of a mandrel,an oscillating piston,and an oscillating cylinder.Three parts.The device uses hydraulic pressure as a power source.The swinging piston serves as an intermediate transmission component and meshes with the mandrel and the oscillating oil cylinder through a helical tooth to achieve power transmission.Under the drive of the power unit,the swinging piston will make a vertical upward movement and a rotation movement,which will drive the middle core shaft to perform a rotary motion so as to achieve the desired effect of the swing arm.Firstly,a two-dimensional drawing of a new type of swing arm mechanism is designed by using two-dimensional cartographic drafting software,and the size and parameters of the parts are determined according to the relationship between various parts.On the basis of determining relevant parameters and dimensions,three-dimensional drawing software is used to create three-dimensional models of parts such as swinging pistons,oscillating oil cylinders,and mandrels,and a wellestablished three-dimensional model is assembled to complete the entire device design process.Secondly,according to the force condition of the new swing arm mechanism under actual working conditions,based on finite element contact analysis theory,finite element strength analysis of the helical meshing part of the device is performed.Verify that the helical teeth of the device meet the strength requirements.Then,through the use of motion simulation analysis software,the entire swing arm mechanism is simulated by motion,and the simulation results are analyzed to verify whether the structural design can achieve the desired goal and analyze some of the errors or fluctuations in the simulation results as a subsequent swing.The basis for further improvement of the arm mechanism.Finally,the power unit of the new swing arm mechanism is selected,and the parameters of the power plant are calculated and selected based on the known data,including the bore diameter,wall thickness,flow rate and other parameters.The seal inside the device is perfected to ensure that the power device can have a smooth and efficient power output.Select the appropriate hydraulic circuit and working medium to complete the design of the entire power plant.In this paper,the redesign of the swing arm mechanism has improved the applicability and stability of the swing arm mechanism.The workover equipment has a certain research significance in improving the applicability.
