| At present,China's economic growth mode has changed from high-speed growth to medium-and high-speed growth,accelerating the adjustment of economic structure and transforming the mode of economic growth,promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure to more rationalized and more advanced,and building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.As for the key position of industrialization and modernization development strategy,it has become the top priority in promoting economic growth.In addition,environmental issues have always been the focus and hot issue of economic development.It is inextricably linked with the adjustment of industrial structure.Rapid economic growth will increase the pressure on environmental protection to a considerable extent.The industrial structure is an important bridge linking economic development and environmental systems.The industrial structure determines the level of pollutant emissions in the economic system,and thus has a certain impact on the quality of the ecological environment.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the interrelationship between the industrial structure evolution and the ecological environment system.This article takes the whole country as the research object,selects the proportion of the added value of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the national economy from 1952 to 2016,analyzes the changes in the industrial structure,and then uses the rationalization coefficient,the advanced factor,and the four major industries of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.The proportion of the primary industry,the proportion of light and heavy industries in the secondary industry,and the composition of the added value of the tertiary industry analyze the industrial structure and the internal structural characteristics of the three major industries.The descriptive analysis of the eco-environment was conducted by selecting industrial “”three wastes”” data from 2000 to 2015.Then the weights of the different time series data were set according to the coefficient of variation method.Then,a comprehensive index of the eco-environment was obtained by weighting,and the time-varying parameter state space was introduced.The model studies the impact of industrial restructuring on the eco-environmental system during the period of sustained economic growth and is conducive to further promoting the sustainable and harmonious development of the industrial structure and environmental systems.Through the analysis of the industrial structure change process,we found that China's industrial structure has achieved certain results in terms of rationalization and high-level development,and both are moving in a better direction.This shows that changing the direction and manner of economic development will bring about beneficial effects on the ecological environment.Through studying the impact of industrial restructuring on environmental quality,it can be seen that the rationalization of industrial structure has a positive impact on the environmental system,and this effect has a tendency of weakening as a whole,but the range of changes in the later period is relatively small and basically remains in a stable state;the industrial structure is advanced There is also a positive impact on the ecological environment,and there is an overall increase trend.This conclusion is consistent with the descriptive statistical analysis. |
