Study On Classification And Grading Management Of Safety Production In Production And Business Enterprises In Xinjiekou Area

The effective development of Grass-roots work on safety production is a prerequisite and guarantee for economic development,social stability,and people's happiness.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the economic level and the continuous adjustment of the industry,the non-public enterprises and the individual economy show the trend of rapid development,the streets as a subordinate management,and the supervision tasks are increasingly complex and burdensome.In the face of this serious challenge,the safety management department urgently needs to take some new measures to improve the regulatory efficiency,solve the practical problems of insufficient supervision personnel and lack of means,and the classification and grading management has been created.This paper takes Xinjiekou area as an example to achieve the ultimate goal of implementing hierarchical supervision for each production and operation unit in Xinjiekou area by formulating a classification management system in accordance with the actual situation of the region.First of all,by investigating the current situation of production and operation units in the field and further exploring the safety production status of various industries in the region,according to the classification of national economic sectors(GB/T 4754-2011),the industry in the region is classified.Secondly,industry risk level is classified according to the notice of the people's social department [2015] No.71 on adjustment of the insurance rate policy for industrial workers.In this way,the safety management checklist for different industry inspections is formulated,and the evaluation criteria for each hidden risk item are determined.According to the expert scoring method and the clustering analysis method,the impact degree of each hidden hazard is determined on the safety production management,and the full score of each checklist is calculated through the weighted method.The weighted statistics are given full marks for each check list,and the safety production risk level of each industry is set to level 4: low,medium,relatively high and high.Finally,by taking the two industries of catering and accommodation to test the practicality and feasibility of the standard,the verification results were found practical.Through the research of this paper,the classification and grading regulation has been preliminarily equipped with the application characteristics of theory and practice,which has received good results on solving practical problems.However,this is only the beginning of a research.There are still too many problems that need to be solved and improved,so as to further promote the development of this kind of research in a more practical and convenient direction,so as to guide the supervision efficiency of grassroots safety supervision work to be improved more effectively.
