Legal Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Water Pollution Prevention And Control In China

Water resources,such as lakes,reservoirs,and river branches,change their own characteristics because of the poor protection of people's daily life and the complex changes of various natural factors,in which chemical and physical changes coexist,and the two interact to form a vicious cycle.This not only brings great loss to our country's good natural environment and water resources environment,but also affects the effective circulation of water resources in the natural system,and then affects the ecological balance and climate stability.What is more precarious is that it is quietly affecting our health in the form of a vicious cycle of food health,and may even cause genetic diseases,endangering racial health.The pollution of rural water environment has threatened the development of social economy,the construction of culture and the long-term stability of society.Therefore,it is urgent to put the problem of prevention and control of water pollution in rural areas on the agenda.In the opinion of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization in January 2018,it clearly pointed out that "we should insist on the harmonious co-existence of man and nature." To firmly establish and practice green hills and green hills is the concept of Jinshan Yinshan,to implement the policy of conservation priority,protection priority and natural recovery,to co-ordinate the management of lake and grass system in landscape forest fields,strictly abide by the red line of ecological protection,and to lead the Rural Revitalization with green development.This article will analyze the causes of the destruction of rural water resources from the current situation of the pollution of rural water resources,the consequences and the necessity and the root cause of the pollution,and put forward some suggestions from the legislation,the law enforcement and the judicature.It is hoped that this paper can provide help for the protection of water resources in the whole society,especially the protection of water resources in rural areas,and effectively improve the problem of water resources.
