With the increase of population,people's living environment is gradually changing,human activities have caused the urban climate change,and the urban heat island effect and haze phenomenon appear in the city.In order to improve the living environment and improve the quality of life,it is necessary to study the methods of reducing environmental temperature and improving air quality.The research contents of this subject are as follows:(1)Based on the type of dust and its form of movement,study the mechanism of spray dust reduction;(2)Based on the principle of photoelectric detection,combined with solar energy and municipal electricity,the design and manufacture of spray cooling and dedusting equipment based on photoelectric detection;(3)Spray cooling and dust removal test on spray cooling and dust removal equipment according to the principle of spray cooling and dust removal;(4)The effect of spray cooling and dust reduction was studied by the test of spray cooling and falling dust.It is found that the change of the nozzle aperture has a great influence on the temperature.When the temperature is 40?,the number of nozzle is 7 and the nozzle aperture is 2.0mm are the most obvious cooling effect.When the temperature is 28 ?,the influence of the nozzle aperture and the number of nozzle on the temperature is considerable.Selecting the scheme of the number of 5 nozzle and the nozzle aperture is 1.5mm.When temperature is 10 ?,nozzle diameter and nozzle number of change of temperature has no obvious change,don't spray processing while in low temperature.The nozzle aperture has a great influence on the change of dust value after spraying.The nozzle aperture is 0.8mm and the number of nozzle is 7 are the most obvious dust reduction effect.The factors for dust control effect when the nozzle diameter from good to bad order:0.8mm,0.5mm,1.5mm,2.0mm;factors for dust control effect when the number of nozzles from good to bad order:7,5,3,1;The results show that when the nozzle diameter is 0.8mm,the dust removal effect is obvious.And the more the number of sprinklers,the better the dust effect.In addition,the dust removal efficiency of the nozzle diameter of 0.5mm and the number of nozzle is 7 is the same as that of the nozzles a diameter of 0.8mm and the number of nozzle is 3.
