With the continuous development of China's economy,the steel pipe production line for flying saw machine requirements is also more and more high,not only to improve the speed,accuracy is also more refined.Flying saw machine is an important part of the production line of steel pipe,the accuracy of the fixed length determines the quality of the steel pipe products.At present,the flying saw machine in the country generally exists the cutting equipment is old,the automation level is low,the efficiency is not high,the cutting precision is low,need to update and transform.And the introduction of foreign production line expensive.According to the current situation,the new control strategy must be put forward to meet the control requirements of the flying machine.In this paper,the control method of the control system of the flying saw machine is developed,which has important application value.Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and flat steel pipe cutting,this paper puts forward the intelligent control strategy,which is based on ARM LPC2132 and SA-5.7C PID,to realize the control parameters adjustment,to improve the accuracy and the quality of the cut.The main work of this paper is as follows:1 referring to the relevant domestic and foreign literature,the significance and purpose of the research on the control system of the flying saw control system is made.To complete the research on the automatic state of the existing flying saw cutting production line,the key of the research is determined;2 the types,characteristics and application characteristics of flying saw machine are discussed.The control principle and the influence factors of cutting are analyzed,and three closed loop control system is established.3 the control algorithm of the fixed length flying saw is studied.The simulation results show that the fuzzy controller has good control performance in the PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control.The results show that the fuzzy-PID controller has good control performance;4 system ARM PID microcontroller LPC2132 control model,the use of the SA-5.7C touch screen to achieve the system monitoring platform,so that the fixed size flying saw in the control process,can be based on the actual situation,the parameters are continuously modified to get the best control effect.5 anti-interference measures and system debugging.The results show that the dynamic performance of the fixed length cutting control system can be significantly improved by using fuzzy PID control.The use of fuzzy PID control system for flying saw machine has been used in nomal operation,the system has achieved high precision cutting,and the cutting accuracy of f2lying saw is completely met the requirements of the process precision,and the working efficiency of the whole production line has been greatly improved.The method used in this system not only can be used in the cutting of steel pipe,but also can be applied to other material production field.It has a strong versatility,and has wide application prospect and market value.
