In the field of steel production,it is sometimes necessary to c?stomize the length of the product according to the needs of ?sers.In the past,steel manuFacturers did not provide this kind of service.They were all intercepted by c?stomers themselves.However,in the face of fierce competition in the steel ind?stry,companies need to expand their service scope and provide better services to meet c?stomers.Therefore,it is necessary to design a fixed-length flying saw machine based on the production line.It directly corresponds to the steel production line,making the product produced by the production line directly meet the different needs of c?stomers.This design ?ses a DSP controller as the core processor,?ses an embedded touch screen as the upper control interface,?ses RS-485 communication to communicate with the production line,and communicates data through an RS-485 to fiber optic communication module.This control method can well meet the performance requirements of flying saw systems based on the production line.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the fixed-length flying saw system,this paper studies the different running states of the fixed-length flying saw based on the production line.It disc?sses the key technologies ?sed in the fixed-length flying saw system and analyzes the application of the DSP controller in the flying saw system.It completed the overall design of a scale-based flying saw control system based on the production line.It analyzes the overall structure of a cut-to-length flying saw based on the production line.It draws a diagram of the control system structure of a fixed-length flying saw.It clarifies the units that implement control.It foc?ses on the circuit design of each unit of the fixed-length flying saw system.It analyzes the circuit design of the minimum system part of the DSP,the circuit design of the data storage part,and the design of the serial communication circuit.It disc?sses the implementation of RS-232 serial communication,CAN interface communication,and RS-485 communication.In order to ensure the reliability of information transmission,RS-485 fiber converters are selected for communication expansion.It completed the design of the level conversion circuit,the relay drive hydraulic control circuit and the motor drive circuit.In the end,the thesis studies the design and implementation of a fixed flying saw system software based on the production line.It draws the overall structure diagram of the fixed-length flying saw program based on the production line.According to the overall structure of the fixed-length flying saw system,the subroutines of each realization unit are designed.It foc?ses on the programming and debugging of RS-485 communication interface,and gives the flow chart of RS-485 communication.It selects the M/T method for speed measurement according to the features of the fixed-length flying saw,and draws the flow chart of the M/T method for speed measurement.According to the requirements of speed closed-loop control,PID algorithm is ?sed for speed control.The products were put into field operation,and cutting experiments were carried out for steel pipe products with diameters of 76-165 mm.The test results show that the flying saw system has the cutting error of ±2cm and the maximum operating speed of 45m/min,which can achieve the synchronization with the production line.Compared with the traditional cutting system,the running speed is increased by 50%.
