Study On The Compostion And Physiological Activity Of Hericium Erinaceus

The name Hericium erinaceus comes from the fact that its appearance looks particularly like a monkey's head growing on a tree,and because of its well-known health functions,it has enormous potential for research.This paper takes the H.erinaceus as the research object,determining its general components and physiological active ingredients,the DPPH·,·O2-,·OH-and ATBS+· scavenging capacity as an indicator of the antioxidant activity of H.erinaceus extract The inhibitory effect of H.erinaceus extract was evaluated by inhibition rate of HepG2 and HT29 cells.The results of the study are as follows:The general composition of H.erinaceus was measured.The results showed that the water content was 8.41%,the crude ash content was 7.34%,the crude fat content was 3.14%,the crude protein content was 24.52%,and the carbohydrate content was 56.59%;Determination of functional ingredients Result:The total phenol content was 32.33 mg/100 g,the total flavonoid content was 29.68 mg/100 g.In the H.erinaceus extract,the total phenol content in the hot water extract was 516.21 mg/g,in the ethanol extract was 631.58 mg/g,and in the acetone extract was 260.11 mg/g.The content in the ethyl acetate extract was 234.31 mg/g,in the trichloromethane extract was 200.84 mg/g;the total flavonoids in the hot water extract was 461.34 mg/g,in the ethanol extract The content in the medium was 583.73 mg/g,the content in the acetone extract was 227.82 mg/g,the content in the ethyl acetate extract was 205.93 mg/g,and the content in the chloroform extract was 167.53 mg/g;analysis of four antioxidant capacities by DPPH· clearance rate,·O2-clearance rate,·OH-clearance rate,and ABTS+· clearance rate,found that in terms of antioxidant activity,ethanol extract>hot water extract>acetone extraction Products>Ethyl acetate extract>Potassium trichloride extract.Selecting Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus pneumoniae as strains,through inhibition zone test,MIC test and MBC test,the antibacterial properties of two solvent extracts of H.erinaceus were analyzed and it turned out that the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract was stronger than that of hot water extraction.Using HepG2 cells and HT29 cells to analyze the anticancer activity of two solvent extracts of H.erinaceus by MTT assay,it was found that the ethanol extracts had stronger anticancer activity than hot water extracts.In summary,H.erinaceus contains more nutrients and biologically active substances than other edible fungi,and the activity is more significant in ethanol extracts than in other extracts in terms of antioxidant activity,antibacterial activity,and anticancer activity.
