In recent years,China has given priority support to the modern logistics industry as a basic,strategic,and pilot industry to promote structural reforms on the supply side.Meanwhile,with the implementation of the national "Internet Plus" strategic action plan,the domestic logistics industry is from the traditional stage to the new stage of digitization,networking,and intelligence,an efficient logistics system that runs through the whole link and the entire chain of circulation is being formed.For traditional transportation enterprises,modern logistics enterprises are developing at an alarming rate,occupying the commanding heights of the development of the industry,and leading traditional transportation companies to a transformation path of "touch network:transformation and cross-border integration.It is imperative to promote the company's transformation and development.In particular,state-owned enterprises,more need to take the lead in breaking through the traditional mode of operation,use the information tools of the Internet era to arm themselves,and constantly innovate to seek new ideas to help the company's further development.With the booming Internet economy,the process has long been a killer for traditional companies to improve their operational capabilities and transform the Internet.Process optimization is a systematic project.In the process of process implementation,when a node has a problem,it is immediately adjusted and optimized.Not only does this operation not only help the entire process to improve efficiency,but it will bring more problems,and frequently changing costs often offset the benefits of improvement.When traditional transportation companies use information technology to solidify their business processes,in many cases they are automatically and locally cured.Few companies initially plan for comprehensive and detailed information systems,resulting in incompatible information systems and data failures.Effective sharing,information islands,slow data transmission,and repeated investment phenomena abound.This article takes Z company oil transportation management system 1.0 as the research object,sorts out the company's main business processes,summarizes its existing problems,combines domestic and international process optimization related research theories,diagnoses problems in the process,Based on this,the problems in the informatization of business processes have also been elaborated,and proposes The process optimization plan of the transportation management system utilizes optimization methods such as implementation of template,management standardization,compression invalid consumption,elimination of non-value added links,adjustment of process sequence,and opening of internal and external resource platforms.The quality dispute resolution process and vehicle maintenance process were optimized.The current mainstream information technology and process technology were used to upgrade and reconstruct the transportation management system,which not only achieved the improvement of process efficiency and systemization of business processes,but also achieved Process control,thus achieving the company's business value-added and management efficiency.Based on the design proposal for optimizing the process of the oil transportation management system,this article also elaborates the key points on how to ensure the smooth implementation of the design proposal.I hope this research can help the upgrade and reconstruction of the transportation management system of other energy companies.
