Research On Optimization Of Core Management Business Process Of Shendong Coal Group Company

Coal has made important contributions for human social and economic development,has long been the biggest support for China's energy.Shendong Coal Group Company(hereinafter referred to as Shendong)is a coal-based,resource production enterprise,as coal market is good,coal prices are high,the production and operation efficiency of the coal enterprises naturally rise.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),with the deepening of the structural reform of the supply side,the demand for the coal market has slowed down,and the "structural adjustment and overcapacity addressing" has become the main tone.In the past,the state-owned enterprises such as Shendong,win by fast development,but in the new normal,relying on investment-driven growth model has not suited to the development needs.Big enterprise faults,such as unreasonable enterprise organization,mismatched responsibility and right,complex system management processes,long management line,large investment scale,high idle equipment rate,and low operation efficiency,have gradually begun to emerge,resulting in high cost of business operations and efficiency decline.As a large-scale state-owned coal enterprise with an annual coal output of 200 million tons,how to take the initiative to adapt to and lead the new normal,how to optimize business processes,rationally allocate the resources,tap the potential of the enterprise,and improve the management,so as to build a world first-class coal enterprises become a difficult task for Shendong.With the introduction of a new round of state-owned enterprise reform of 1 + N program,in order to gain better benefit from the reform,enhancing the core competitiveness,implementing business process optimization,continuously improving operational efficiency will be important solutions for Shendong.In this paper,based on related business process optimization theories,through in-depth the oretical study,the author investigates and analyzes the management status and the core business process problems of Shendong,and based on problem oriented,the author determines the opti mal target and scheme of core business process management of Shendong,works out the guaran tee measures,and finally comes to the conclusion,and the paper has a certain reference signific ance to the core business process optimization of other state-owned coal enterprises.
