During the four decades of Reform and Opening-up,the power and awareness of consumption continued to increase derive from the steady growth of national income,consumers gradually paid attention to product quality and spiritual satisfaction,coupled with the increasingly individualized consumption behavior promoted the consumption trend turns to a differentiated and diversified one.China,as a big consumer of costume,the demand of clothing has not been stayed in the basic stage any longer,instead paid more attention to meet the demand of personal preferences,psychological needs and other aspects.The behavior of consumption shows a short consumption-cycle,frequent and more universal autonomy and other characteristics.However,from the perspective of consumption,there is still a shortage of design and quality in "Made in China" due to the hot phenomenon such as "Overseas shopping ".With the development of information technology and the increasing demand of personal & diversified product,the types of industrial structure and services are also undergoing fundamental changes.Intention of providing services better,personalized customization and other services are promotingin which the occasion of diversified consumption.On one thing,a number of garment enterprises are subdividing the consumer into different groups according to the consumption characteristics in the market activities and provided diversified products for the specific needs;For another,the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence and the deepening integration of advanced manufacturing technologies,collaborative manufacturing and modular production management models have been booming emerged continuously,informatization and intelligent devices neatly become the main trend of manufacturing in the future increasingly.Following "Industrial Internet" revolution launched by the United States,"Industry 4.0" launched by Germany and another re-industrialization strategies,"Made in China 2025" proposed by China in 2015,which were centered on revitalization of the manufacturing,establishment of the digitized production information,integration of industrialization and informatization,have become the hot topic of public opinion.The information technology revolution represented by modular industrial structure has drawn more and more attention between economists and management scholars.Modularity is a new idea of design,organization and production,which was developed on the basis of traditional manufacturing,now it has become a new technology,used in various fields widely.Through the decomposition or structure design of product by using modular idea to divide into a series of subsystems,to build product module system,and through the standardization,combination of ideas,to achieve product systems' diversification and differentiation characteristics,which coincide with market needs.The advantages of modular design and production are mainly embodied in two aspects: on one hand,a number of subsystems are divided to simplify the product design structure through the modular decomposition of product system;on the other hand,the standardized,universal characteristics can improve modules' usage rate,configure the efficient,dedicated manufacturing equipment can solve the contradictions between product diversification and specialized production,shorten the production cycle and reduce product costs.The domestic research on modularization dated back to the early nineties,Tong Shi-zhong,Li Chun-tian and other famous scholars,who researched on the principle of modularity coupled with articles and works,which provided theoretical foundation for scholars' research.In the early 21 st century,scholars pay more attention to the advantages of modularization,applying the modularization into the manufacturing,but most of researches are restricted to unilateral aspect,just as,design of modularization or production of modularization.In order to study the issue of modularization,Academy of Social Sciences put forward the strategic measures of industrial optimization and industrial competitiveness which based on modularization of industrial structure.Even to this day,some problems are still unsolved among manufacturing,however,how to balance the contradiction,among standardization,diversification and flexibility of products,has become the key to gain a competitive advantage.This present study tackles to build a platform for modularization supported by the technical innovation & the integration of industrialization and informatization,which put forward under the background of diverse customer needs and "Made in China 2025",samples as clothing products,and proposes the solutions from three aspects,that are the division of clothing module,the construction of process module and the integration of design and production: 1)From the point of decomposition and modular design of three types of clothing,such as tops,pants and skirts,analyze the structure features of product and the production flow,divide and design series of general,special modules reasonably,remodel certain modules' structural details coupled with the trend of market to build the clothing product's module system;2)Based on the traditional production flows,methods as well as the relations of operations' features and site conversion,extract out the operation's characteristics and commonalities,applying inductive deduction and standardization,allocating modules' processing technic,procedure reasonably,to make the process flow of modules operation sense,realize the organic combination of the part and the technic modules,reduce the pre-production cost and improve the product quality with the intelligent information transmission and standardized process;3)Based on the clothing system,analysis of the modular products' modules,principle of composition and inter-bonding-relationship among the modules,define and determine the master-subordinate relationship and the splicing order of clothing modules by coding,form the specific production technology of product system and the sequence relationship of processing,to achieve the information transmission among products' structural design,template,processing technic,production organization and other systems,as well as provide the technical support for orderly production,set an example of empirical research on jeans modular production.
