Design Research Of Cigarette Logistics Information System In G Tobacco Companies

With the reform of tobacco industry year by year,the demand of cigarette logistics management is higher.In 2010,the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau carried out special research on the construction of logistics industry,and made it clear that tobacco logistics network must be established.The State Bureau also attempts to achieve the goal of reducing costs and enhancing efficiency through the construction of logistics informatization,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the tobacco industry.Although the cigarette logistics distribution center has built the information system,but the function is generally relatively simple.it can not meet the operational requirements of business integration and lack of effective monitoring of the provincial company;can not share data among the various systems,often leads to staff repeated operation and other issues,to be carried out the design and implementation of management information system for tobacco logistics.In this paper,based on the logistics business needs of G tobacco companies,using the ideas and methods of integration,the enterprise internal logistics system for docking,the establishment of cigarette logistics management information system,to realize the lean management in tobacco logistics.First of all,through the investigation of tobacco logistics business process analysis of the enterprise logistics management information system requirements and construction tasks;secondly,the framework of logistics management information system to build a full range,to meet the provincial supervision,operation management and decision analysis of personalized demand;finally,the hierarchical application of logistics management information system based on a detailed description of the province's regulatory application design,the city's operation management application design,logistics management extension function design.The G tobacco companies design the cigarette logistics management information system,can make the provincial company to form an effective supervision and management of the company around the city,the organic integration of decentralized subsystems,each subsystem to realize information sharing,improve work efficiency,reduce logistics cost,achieve the purpose of reducing cost.
