The Study On Logistics Information Acquisition System On Web With Complex Technical Process

The logistics occupies very important position in national economy, the industrial enterprise is one of the subjects of the logistics. Logistics of industrial enterprise and industrial production are combined together closely. it is very complicated and extremely important. In terms of complicated technological process, the meaning of its logistics is, at the beginning of the raw materials, including transported, loaded and unloaded, preserved ,dealing with raw materials, carried, finished product of processing etc. Combined with information system, a series of process link together, until producing the qualified product. The collection of logistics information is the foundation of logistics management, only if setting up an advanced and actual logistic system , the order and rationality of logistics management could be guaranteed.This paper studies with the networking collection of complicated technological process logistics information, based the networking collection of a large-scale iron and steel enterprise of weight information system. Namely using logistics technology , it can gather the information closely linked with every production technology automatically, and provide other relevant processes or workshops with it through the network. This system is based Ethernet structure which has not the root , and based on B/S network mode , according with the management and consumption of every working procedure and the development trend of present network technology ,and it have higher cost performance. Weight message of electronic balance can be transmitted accurately and fast through the technology of expanding and jumping frequency. Considering the actual conditions on the spot, it adopt the industry magnitudes of PDA based on Microsoft Windows CE platform , conveying procedure parameter fast and accurately to the workshop on the spot. Socket program get is applied among the system, succeeding in transmitting data real-time and accurately. Through a series of algorithms, it make systems software can judge corresponding relation of converter and cashing crane automatically , and judge the state of cashing crane, and catch the steady value of the crane weigh. The database system adopts the standardization , it implement the minimum data redundancy and reliability.This logistics information increases the way of collection data on the complicated technological process, wireless data transmission, holding terminal station , Socket technology ,etc. are applied synthetically in the system, have made the good actual effect . It has some reference value for developing similar information system.
