The profit of iron and steel industry is decreasing,and the logistics link is paid more and more attention.The logistics in the plant area includes the whole process from raw fuel entering the plant to steel leaving the factory.There are many problems in logistics,such as high labor cost,low efficiency,unscientific management and so on.There are many problems,such as slow vehicle queuing into the factory,easy congestion in the factory,vehicle licensing and weighing,cheating in measuring and weighing,but unloading and even wrong unloading.First of all,H enterprise is investigated on the spot,and many links such as the management of purchase from the factory to the warehouse are studied to find out the problems and analyze the demand.Secondly,using the theory of logistics management and information system,optimize the business process,define the design objectives and principles,and build the system framework.Third,the technical scheme design of each module,such as vehicle to factory business card printing,logistics information collection,unattended and so on.Realization of automatic access control to identify vehicles orderly queue into the factory.The system automatically plans and assigns the vehicle unloading location.Logical analysis of the designated unloading location combined with card unloading to prevent the wrong unloading and not weighing unloading.Video Monitoring and RFID electronic license plate combination,the entire vehicle monitoring to prevent license plate phenomenon.Unattended remote check catty to avoid contact between drivers and metering personnel,improve the speed and accuracy of measurement,effectively avoid cheating catty.The system makes the information sharing through the isolated island of information,and realizes the coordination among departments.Finally,the development and implementation plan of the system is listed,and the operation effect of the system is evaluated objectively.The implementation of the system can effectively shorten the queuing time,control the traffic flow,improve the efficiency and accuracy of unloading,reduce the logistics cost and improve the level of logistics management.Provide reference for other enterprises.Figure15;Table5;Reference59...
